Due to the difficult nature of time travel, speed powers and reality shaping, pheromone control, compelled attraction/allure and a some others, on a game like this, such abilities simply do not work, work to a limited exten or work a bit differently than mainstream canon may suggest so they balance the game and keep consent intact.
Staff may add to this page as more abilities come to light. Below, you will find a list of abilities and a small description as well as whether they’re banned, limited or alter to fit the game better.
Speedsters: Adjusted
If you're a speedster, you're going to fall into one of the three sections below. As a note, the Speed Force has been expanded across the whole game and is available to top tier speedsters such as Pietro Maximoff, Barry Allen, Wally West and the like.
1. You have superhuman physique. You can move your hands and feet faster than mere mortals, and you have the requisite secondary powers (tendon strength, inertial dampners) that allow you to respond to objects and events at extraordinary speeds.
2. You've got time dilation powers of some sort. Yay! Clocks everywhere fear you.
3. You have the Speed Force, and you make a mockery of all laws of physics.
Time Travel: Adjusted & Very Limited
Limited in that they can only affect the scope of the scene and it must be with the consent of the player it involves or all those in the scene if it would effect everyone.
Reality Altering/Shaping: Adjusted & Very Limited
Limited in that they can only affect the scope of the scene and it must be with the consent of the player it involves or all those in the scene if it would effect everyone.
Supernatural Allure: Very Limited
Supernatural Allure, Unearthly Beauty, whatever you want to call it… This is an ability that will be very carefully scrutinized. Your character may have some draw to them but it should always be resistible so as not to push the boundaries of consent that is a key on the game. If we think the write up pushes too hard, we'll suggest rewording or complete removal.
Pheromones/Compelled Attraction: Banned
This is an ability that simply isn't good for the game as whole and more often than not infringes on consent. While your character may be very skilled in seduction or have a supernatural allure (within reason) of some sort to them, this particular power is strictly off limits.
Precognition: Limited
Characters who can sense upcoming or past events are still capable within reason, but any movements along or adjustments of the timeline are not able to be put into effect.
If you wish to use substantial time, precog or reality altering plots, you MUST run your plot past Staff. Even very small time traveling events can have substantial repercussions for the whole of the game.
