Secret: The Scarlet Witch was, originally, a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants, until she and her brother left the organization as they focused less on fighting for mutants and more on ruling humanity. However, she has since changed her ways and has used her magic and mutant powers alongside the X-Men.

Chaos Magick
Due to a pact her mother made with the Lords of Chaos, Wanda has inherited the ability to manipulate and warp reality. She typically uses her magic in a ritualistic manner, with divination, healing and exorcism being the common uses of her powers in this regard. She also can create protective fields for herself or others that are capable of withstanding the equivalent of high explosive grenades.

Hex Bolt
Wanda can manipulate the rules of probability with her 'hex bolts', which are a manifestation of her mutant powers. These hexes are limited in range to her line of sight, and can be good or bad effects. She can control the warping of reality to a degree as to the end result, though what exactly happens to produce that result might vary. Additionally, she can transform people into harmless animals, or cause things to spontaneously combust with the force of a high explosive grenade. She can also use these hex bolts to impact a person or object with to try and stun or harm someone with up to the equivalent force of a rocket launcher. She is capable of controlling the intensity and effect of her bolts, but she tends to focus on natural elements for the purposes of direct damage (fire, wind, metal, wood, stone, water).

Telekinesis
Wanda can use her innate magical power to levitate or propel things with her mind. She uses this power to fly at speeds up to 100 miles per hour, and she can also carry others while flying. Her upper weight limit would be that of a medium-sized car, though she doesn't have a lot of fine motor control with her magic, so picking a lock with just her powers would be out of the question, but she can catch someone falling in mid air for instance.

Teleportation
Wanda can use ritual magic to teleport herself and others within a planetary radius. Typically she needs a bit of time to cast the spell for this ability, but unless an area is warded from magic she can get the entire group to a place with which she's familiar. Additionally, she can teleport to other dimensions, such as Asgard, Limbo, or others.

Magneto
Wanda is unaware (at the present) that Magneto is, in fact, her father. However, she does feel like she owes him a debt for saving her life.

Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver)
Wanda is very close to her brother, though she often chafes at his over-protective nature. She also wishes that he would realize that she's also an adult and capable of making her own decisions.
